OK service, more attention to detail needed
We were first time homebuyers and knew only what we'd seen on tv. Nevin, Ann and Jason put up with a lot of 'newbie' questions. They were so helpful and patient with us. It made the entire process less stressful.
It's AMAZING how detailed Nevin was explaining the whole process. He was so responsive with any questions we had, and there were a lot! Can't imagine using anyone else for this process!
