Very responsive and helpful - he even followed with to let us know things he was working on or what to expect along the way!!
These survey's are stupid. Neiko never does anything for the loans, it's always the Client Advocate that actually works loans. These surveys should ask how the Client Advocate did. Kaitlyn did a good job.
