This process was painful but not due to Nate and his team. They were in constant contact with us and walked us through the process!

A lot of paperwork, but they help you through it and are patient.
great experience with the loan office just need better communication with 3rd parties. longest part of the process was waiting on 3rd party appraisal and satisfying the underwriter
