As first time home buyers, this was a scary process for us. Nate and his team really made sure that our questions were answered, they were super thorough in their job, and really worked with us to make everything as smooth as possible.

Communication could have been more clear in explaining the process, what to expect. Discuss options and what each options mean. The refinance moved forward without confirming what I wanted to include. Resulting in having to redo paperwork.
