Transaction closed on time, which was the only reason we went with PHM. Prices were not all that competitive and level of service/communication was good from the admin, but not from the originator herself.
Natasha was GREAT as always. So responsive and always has a solution for any issues that arise. I love working with Natasha!
Timely communication
I thought the communication was good throughout, but I did not appreciate the non-stop level of documentation needed and all the back and forth to complete the underwriting process. That was a hassle to go through all that.
Everyone was nice and helpful. We got answers to our questions very quickly. We appreciate all the hard work that went on behind the scenes.
Great team, helpful and supportive thru the whole process. When we got to closing day, it felt like hanging out with friends, no stress or worry because the team at Prosperity took care of everything.
