Natasha was responsive. She explained the options for mortgages in detail. She also went above and beyond to get the best mortgage package for me and my needs.
Process was fast and easy, the portal is the best, you would get an email and it was easy to go into portal and see what stage of the process you were in. I received quick responses to my questions.
