Great experience with Natalie and team, we had a bit of a complicated refi, they were able to get it done in a reasonable time much appreciated !
I really appreciated Natalie's proactive approach in locking us into a favorable rate, especially considering the alternative. If she didn't take the initiative to act and lock in, we might not have gotten the rate that we did.
Natalie was extremely responsive, always available, no matter the time of day! She was super knowledgeble and made every step of the way easy and understandable. :)
