It could be better than that. There was a lack experience amongst the staff. You could never trust them when they say something.
Wonderful help. Worked what felt like overtime to get everything finalized. So grateful and thankful.

Natalie was super patient with us the entire way through. Even when we got closer to closing and was bothering her 4-5 times a day, she was always super nice when she responded and was always quick to respond. Thank you Natalie!!

Last minute resolution to issue
Just the hoops everyone had to jump through at the end was more than stressful. However, we were able to get into the home we wanted thanks to Natalie.
Had problems with underwriting but otherwise ver good interactions
Natalie was very police when taking to her. Responses were prompt, and she explained everything to us.
