Our closing was pushed back over 2 weeks due to no fault of our own, we were promised we'd close "today" numerous times to no avail Every step of the way there was mess ups, missed documents, conflicting information, ALL on Atlantic Bays part....

She consistently made mistakes and gave false hope of closing. This felt like a very unprofessional process . I do not think she is qualified to do this line of work and I will never recommend this company to anyone .

Natalie did a great job at handling our lending process. She will continue to provide assistance in helping us refinamce when rates come down.
Felt like overall organization and process was poor. At the beginning of the process things were great but when it came tome to close things went downhill very quickly.
Communication began strong but ultimately fell short while trying to close as it was pushed back twice. Communication fell short during this time and as clients we often felt confused and unaware of what was going on.
