Nancy responded to questions in a timely manner and was very helpful through the refinancing process. We used her services a year ago when we originally purchased the property and didn't hesitate to call her when we wanted to refinance.
I could email or text Nancy at any hour & she would respond within a few minutes. She never made me feel I was asking a stupid question & took the time to explain everything to me!
