The communication, the friendliness, the advice - all were outstanding. I felt comfortable calling for information and was always treated like I was their only customer.
The biggest thing is she responded to my questions even after i said i was not sure if i was ready to buy a house. She treated me like a client and an important client from the first time we spoke. I will be referring her to everyone.
This was a great experience from pre-approval to closing. DeAnna and her team are very communicative, always available to answer any questions, and even got my clients closed a week early. Highly recommend this team for financing needs!
