Morgan was readily available to answer questions or provide loan progress. If I left a VM calls were returned iin a timely manne. It was a pleasure working with her.

Morgan was often available after hours and answered back very promptly. Loved that. There were some information hiccups that being a first time homebuyer it would have helped to have had that information up front because it becaming very frustrating...
