Well this loan had lot of problems with the sellers and delay after delay, the original lock expired with no fault to us or Jmac and the current lock expired, Monica helped us get a new lock at lower rate. They got an exception to the current...

Funding was rough and it could have been much better with clear detailed communication about the funding conditions needed. It does not make sense to send 10 funding conditions when 8 of them are internal...unless it's communicated clearly....
