our rep is great, UW is great, your closing team could use some training, and they were very slow on their response time. thank you
all the boxes are checked.
Way too many back and forths, just underwrite, sign off the conditions without us having to upload them time and again, then just sign off on the conditions and provide clear to close immediately after.
Service is fast and all questions are answered. Just as important the rates are excellent so my client's have big rebates and tell all their friends so I'll have new friends!! 😊
