The mortgage team was responsive and the process relatively fluid. The bank faltered a bit at the end during the money transfer process resulting in a one day delay in closing.

I was completely informed all the way through the process of the Bridge Loan. Terms of the loan where explained quickly and accurately.

Mark and his team are nice people, in command of their job, and communicate well and often. I have been a client before and recommended several people to his team. That is a testament to my faith in the team.

For starters, it took 3 weeks (more?) from the time your team said " let's schedule the closing" until they were actually ready to schedule the closing. They didn't update... I had to ask, every few days "can we schedule yet?"The first time...
