My loan process was a nightmare. No one returned emails, No one would ever answer the phone when I called. I was asked to submit the same information over and over again. My lawyer and Realtor was very unhappy as well.

Our closing cost went up almost $3000 few days before the closing because I opened a new credit card to get discounts to purchase a $700 device. Nobody told me that this could happen to me. And also, why would I choose to pay $3000 over $700....
