Mikhail made this process easy the loan processor Barbara Henderson alsi did an outstanding job we had some technical glitches but the patience on both side made this epeeience pain free

Mikhail was a prompt communicator during the HELOC process but his support system (online data collection, loan processor, and access to management back-up during last step closing) can all be improved.

Really easy to work with very responsive was smooth Transaction he listened to what i needed and pit together a package that fit my needs in a timely manner
