Mikhail is consistently responsive when a question is asked. He's very friendly, professional and we enjoyed working with him, so worked with him a second time on our second refinance. We would highly recommend him.
Mikhail was on top of the cash refi. The process was the fastest I've ever experienced, from start to finish. I look forward to working with Mikhail in the future.
Underwriting was too complicated being the loan was for 53% of the estimated value by an undervalued appraisal report!
