Overall, lending experience with Amerisave has been great. This is my 2nd instance of getting mortgage/refinance by Amerisave.
I am not too fond of their online portal but Mikhail and Bob helped me take care of it so it was acceptable.

He always let me know when I had something new that I had to fill out and just in general made the process easy. He always got back to me the same day whenever I had a question.
