Educating clients, and improved line of communication.
Didn’t find out until 24Hours before closing that my clients loan wasn’t final and approved,after repeatedly asking what is needed.
Mikhail and Tammie were both very helpful and responded immediately to my questions and concerns. However, I was told that I had provided the necessary documents, but later told I needed one more document. This was especially true of the underwriters....
