I didn't feel like there was good communication between myself, Fairway and First American. I kept asking if I would be hearing from the title company or if the communication would come from Fairway and it was pretty scattered and hit or miss...

All I had to do was send an email and everything from there on went smoothly. I was sent the documents to sign and kept up to date on the approval and closing and before I knew it the refinance was done.
