Hailey is extremely knowledgeable and she's an outstanding communicator. She kept things in simple terms, was always gracious and kind, and made the financial aspects go smoothly from start to finish!
Hailey was very attentive
She did a great job with her presentation. She updated the rates and payments to give us a clear breakdown of what our payments would be. Overall a much more pleasant experience than the last mortgage we received.
