Quick with responses. Helpful through the closing/mortgage process. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to others.
Mike never made it to settlement.
Even after numerous communications and confirmation emails in the weeks and days prior to settlement, my name was still incorrect on the settlement papers 24 hours before settlement.
He was persistant with all the things i needed to collect for this mortgage and was super honest about pricing out any documents needed to sign.
He was available at all times of the day and night and responded quickly.
I work with Mike on a regular basis. When I have an issue on a home sale or purchase and Mike is not the lender or title representative he is still the person that I will call to get advice. Mike has been in the business a long time and is...

I felt Mike frequently acted in a rushed fashion with us when it came to questions we had regarding our mortgage. We heard "don't worry about it" instead of answers to our questions. We were treated in a condescending manner late in the process....

The overall experience was a lot but Mike made it easy. Any questions I had he was on it. Answered any calls as well as emails. He never left me unsure about what was going on. He was great!! Thanks for all your help.
