Mike was great, the back and forth with underwriting was tedious. After the initial items being asked about it was one thing after another instead of just another list of things. This slowed the process more than it should have.
Smooth as silk from beginning to end. He was always there to answer any of my questions. I would not use anyone else for any real estate financing.
Efficient and very transparent. Would always use Mike for any real estate financing.
Mike and Alexis were very helpful moving the process along. The App and website made it easy to upload documents and follow the process.
Communication and updates.
Everything was done seamlessly online. We received clear communication from Mike and ThrI've and the process was simple for us.

Communication made it work great. The folks at Thrive are available via text or email and sometimes even respond outside of regular working hours. The web portal is great for submitting documents and Docusign is worth whatever it costs them....
