Quick and easy
Everything
Better internal communication. Better information management. More oversight for the people actually processing the paperwork. For example, I should never have had to contact you to fix the numbers.
I didn’t understand some of the processes. They were not explained unless I called to ask. Money I already paid was added to the loan and unless I had had experience with closings as a real estate agent I would have paid almost $ 1300.00 more...

The support staff was great. However I didn’t appreciate Mike Lindeman’s condescending attitude. His communication skill are lacking at best.
This was my first time doing a construction loan and Mike made it easy to understand the process and made sure we closed on time.
