If a loan officer leaves the company, a courtesy email would be appreciated, explaining and introducing themselves. I only received an email from a random loan officer asking me to sign docs, seemed very suspicious.
Mike was always available and when hiccups occurred he immediately stepped in.

Kim made the experience seamless. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. Our closing was moved up by a week, and Kim was great about keeping us informed and on track for our closing.

He has been doing this long enough that he considers himself very knowledgeable. As a result, he uses that knowledge to educate and help people. When he is talking to people on the phone, his experience is what helps him quickly identify what they are looking to accomplish as well as determine what programs will best suit those needs. When not working, he devotes time to his wife and three daughters.
