Has great patience with our process which took several years. And explained the process so we had all of our questions answered.
Personable, fast, available for questions
The people helping were friendly
Not professional at all. The secretary didn't seem to know what his job was. And when he asked one of the customers service people if they wanted to work with me the response was less then excited. His response was "uuuuuuuh ....... sure."...
