I feel like the ball was dropped several times. I was not given information in a timely manor. I was accused of not giving paperwork in a timely manor, even when it was delivered same day. And there were several other issues.
Mike was more than helpful. I think I may have been a hard case, Mike and his team pulled through. The whole process was too easy.
Mike, you were great to work with, always keeping me updated throughout the process, and in quick replies to email correspondence.
