Very quick to respond. All questions answered. Very good support for example talking with the seller's agent to ensure them about closing time.

Mike did everything he promised. He always picked up the phone when I called, and answered all our questions. He offered a great interest rate and closing cost were a lot less than I could get elsewhere. Mike has my highest recommendation.

Mike’s communications was not quick, he promised to provide me some docs and needed info and never came back to me in time not even until I asked him again after time promised passes already.
