Everyone was very nice and patient with me. I was having a hard time doing the paperwork, because I had certain permissions turned off on my phone. Once I got that taken care of, things went much easier.

The mortgage process involves dozens of moving parts. The loan officer or processor gave me regular updates, clearly explained what documents were needed, and never left me guessing about your loan status.
