At closing new American funding's, third party underwriter made a clerigal error where $3,000 worth of funds where not properly attributed to seller resulting in buyer having to incur in a $3,000 additional cost

Train your staff in customer service, with an emphasis on handling objections, so that they provide courteous treatment and avoid using sarcasm when explaining processes to customers.
