Michelle and her team were quick to respond to any of my questions and she did an amazing job of ensuring I had all the necessary docs from the beginning. I really loved that I could call, email or text and get prompt responses.
Michelle was extremely competent, responsive and personable. When we encountered a problem with my file she picked up the phone and called to explain in detail. Definitely goes the extra mile to ensure high quality customer service.
