Michelle is very knowledgable in different kind of loans. She was able to pivot quickly and figure out a new solution when unfavorable situations came up during the escrow.

There was an email sent on 9/27 regarding interest rates going up, and requesting a lock but that was ignored until a week before closing 10/15. Granted we could have pressured more and called, but under her advice, waiting cost us $200 a month....

Our loan structure was complex but Michelle was able to effectively complete the process.
