The overall process was easy and Michelle was communicative. She explained details that I didn’t understand about refinancing.
No matter how often or how ridiculous my questions were she was always there to help and went above and beyond to make sure we got our house. There were some delays but nothing that she was able to prevent. Very pleased with her service.
