    Sue worked so incredibly hard to help with an odd problem. Michelle helped with getting underwriting to make an excpetion when I couldn't get them to. Felt like they both had my back the entire time.

    This was a bit of an obscure loan, so I know it required much review and some exceptions, but we lost several days close to closing getting a "should have an answer by tomorrow" response. Everything worked out but it created a bit of panic...
