Easy transition from another lender
reducumber of touch points we had with our Borrower for just one more item one more item one more item. Also
UW did not like this loan and threw on multiple "feel good" conditions that made the process more complicated.
The entire transaction was seamless. Underwriting was always available to answer any questions that I had and the entire team made this such a seamless experience for my borrower - even with it being a DPA loan!
I love the quick responses and help when needed. Thats a huge part of any successful Loan process & closing! Michelle was 100% on top of everything. I'm still getting used to your system & process
