Michelle Merritt

The deal closed on time and I updated about milestones.

Michelle always gives my clients options and great direction. She takes her time and make sure they are getting the best loan available to my clients and make sure they understand the pros and cons of each!

Great communication, friendly and understanding .

The communication was amazing. It was very personable and were always willing to answer any questions.

Communication from lender to agent was poor

The great experience I have ever had before. I will definitely return if I am purchasing more houses, and will referral to people around

michelle and oatty patty were wonderful to work with. They explained the process answered all other questions and made a task that seemed almost overwhelming very easy.

Michelle was amazing! She made the process less overwhelming and provided guidance, especially since I am self employed. Thank you!
