Michelle was always available when I had questions. She was so positive and encouraging. It took us forever to find a house, and she never once made me feel like I was wasting her time.

There was just alot of missing information given the amount time there was and or easier processes that could have been told sooner to have this go more smoothly.

Unfortunately the buyer was very disappointed on how Michelle handled the communication to her. Especially when it came to when we would be closing, Communication is key to keep clients happy. Not taking responsibility is very unprofessional....
