The experience has nothing to do with the loan originator it has to do with everything from start to finish including the underwriter which you never get to meet!

Michelle went above and beyond. I have a crazy school/ work schedule and she made time for me even at odd hours. Even though I wasn’t the easiest to work with she remained very pleasant.
