Having to borrow more money to get the lower locked rate was interesting. I did tell her I would not have to spend the $1.2 M for a home and I thought we could borrow less money and keep the locked rate.

Lack of communication and was never on the same page as lender, underwriting and title. Got the job done, so that’s all that matters!
We live in Texas where a Cash Out Refi is a bit of a challenge. At every obstacle Michelle was there to work the issues out until we were approved and closed.
