Michelle and her employees always do a great job. She makes it so easy no stress. And she is always available.
Tammy and the Guild team were very prompt to answer emails and did a great job of updating us on the progress of the loan. Both sides wanted to close early and they made it happen. I will keep referring clients to Guild Mortgage.
Tammy was the loan officer for the buyers. She also included me in the emails regarding where we were in the process. We wanted to close early and she helped make that happen. Very good communication and customer service.

I felt like communication regarding information that the mortgage company needed was relayed to me last minute so there were times where I felt rushed to collect information towards my home loan.
