We didn't feel that we received accurate information upfront. Also our address was wrong on all the closing document. I addressed the week prior and it was not corrected.

I would no recommend howard hannah. Most individuals have an attitude and do not correspond timely and when they do act like you are bothering them. This is my first home buying experience, wish I had better things to say about it.
Michele was amazing and so helpful throughout the process.
