The process was fine. I didn't feel as informed as with other places I have gone through but overall the experience was good.
Mike Wilson is a consummate pro. He's the best in the business and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my mortgage needs.
Mike worked hard for my loan and I am very grateful.

The only negative to this engagement was the appraiser. He was Very rude to the seller and realtor. I undertand that he was a third party to RMS but wanted to point it out Thanks
