This is our third refinance with Michael Smith and as usual we received stellar personalized service. Highly recommend him and will be using him again for our next purchase or refinance.
He couldn't have been any better! I would highly recommend Michael Smith to any friends or family members!! People like Michael really make it easier for a first time home buyer like myself to purchase a home.
Sellers gave us a tight timeline to close our purchase. Michael was able to close the purchase early without an issues and on time. Great, thorough and competent! You can't go wrong by using him for your purchase or refinance!
Very helpful broker. Scrambled to accommodate last minuter problems that could have delayed closing. Receptive to feedback about communication preferences. Would certainly recommend him again.
