There were a few times the pre-approval letter or loan did not have the VA portions needed. Some improvements in knowledge and communication were needed.

Mike saved our deal. I was the sellers agent, but he worked so well with our side that I couldnt recommend him enough to both buyers and if a seller has a contract come in with him as the lender. He was GREAT!!!
