I felt that I was given the information to make informed decisions about my loan while being treated like a human being. Rare these days.
Was surprised to find a three day waiting week after we signed paper with caliber then another 3 days with title company then was asked for statements at the end for the debit being paid off we could have had this ready in the beginning.
