This is my first time with this process and the team (and Michael, of course) made it easier to navigate that I had thought.
Michael and the whole staff went above and beyond expectations. He always found a way to make it happen for us. He is very knowledgeable and also personable. We highly recommend Michael and Caliber.

Michael was there every step of the way. Excellent communication cadence and availability to help brainstorm on any issues. Support staff was very thorough and was always more than happy to further explain a step in the process, if needed.

Our rather unusual circumstances made it quite difficult to get a home loan the normal, traditional way. We contacted several mortgage broker without success, until Michael made it happen. We closed yesterday.
