Michael was very patient and responsive and able to answer all of my questions and craft the loan to my individual needs.
Michael was always available to answer my very unique and weird questions in my situation !!! lol To be honest I wouldn’t have done my refinancing process with anybody else. Michael knows what he is doing. He is a very bright person!!
Very informative, gracious & understanding of our needs/goal. Service was overall pleasant, thorough & efficient.
Communication and solution were exactly what I was looking for in a refi process. Considering the challenges TX had with the major snow storm this year, we still managed to get this completed within my time expectations.
He is informative and friendly. He walked us through the refinancing process and explained our options. He also offered to relook at our credit status in the future to see if we could do better in regards to our home.
