I’ve worked with Jeff on three mortgages—two purchases and a refi. Every time he has worked to get around obstacles (appraisal, inspections, etc) to get everything handled smoothly and quickly.
This is the third time I’ve used Jeff, from two home purchases to a refinance. He has done consistent, great work, and has always helped me get the best rates and efficient closings.

Provide a list of required documents in advance to avoid delays.
Avoid unnecessary questions like, "Why was your company open in another state?"
Finish what you started.
