Michael was very service oriented and responsive. Having said that, I felt that Mutual of Omaha’s web site and web-based services were very difficult to use. Michael was great. The web site, not so much.
Always got a response quickly. Everyone always answered questions and I never felt rushed or that I was "taking up their time. It was a smooth process and being my first mortgage I was very nervous.
My experience from the first call was great. Mike was informative and knowledgeable. Great service and quick closing. Thanks MikeK
